The terms governing SMS communications between you and Seventh State Creative.
Program Description
Seventh State Creative (operated by L7 Labs, LLC, Dallas, Georgia, United States) operates a transactional SMS program for active and prospective clients. This page describes how that program works, what messages you may receive, and how to opt out.
Consent and Opt-In
By providing your phone number to Seventh State Creative — through any form on our website, a Discovery Call booking tool, or our client onboarding process — you consent to receive SMS messages from L7 Labs, LLC d/b/a Seventh State Creative related to your engagement with us.
Providing your phone number for a Discovery Call booking or project onboarding constitutes consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to that engagement. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS without a separate, explicit opt-in. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
Types of Messages You May Receive
- Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations (e.g., Discovery Calls, project check-ins)
- Active project status updates and time-sensitive communications
- Operational and account messages related to your engagement
- Two-factor authentication codes, where you have enabled them
We do not send unsolicited marketing, advertising, or promotional content via SMS.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the stage of your engagement. Typically, active clients receive fewer than 4 messages per month. Prospective clients may receive 1–2 messages around a scheduled Discovery Call.
Opt-Out and Help
- Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS from us.
- Reply HELP at any time to receive information about the program and how to contact us.
- You may also opt out by emailing chat@l7medialabs.com or calling +1 770-727-1467.
Opting out of SMS will not affect email or client-portal communications related to your engagement.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Seventh State Creative and L7 Labs, LLC are not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier as a result of receiving our SMS messages.
Supported Carriers
Major U.S. wireless carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your phone number is collected solely to communicate with you about your engagement with Seventh State Creative. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Phone numbers may be processed by trusted operational subprocessors (calendar booking tools, our email/SMS platform) strictly to deliver the messages described above. For full details on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
